Alas Sam and Alembic have decided not to stream this one. It can be challenging enough to teach magic to people in a room! If it goes well we can hopefully lure him back and maybe try do it virtually as well next time.
Perhaps Sam will chime in here, but you may have to shut up! I know that he has gotten in wrangles with some Thelemites over his emphasis on compassion. But that's the sign of a healthy religious current: lots of argument!
Indeed you will! Although my book "Tantric Thelema", gives a detailed response. But for now, remember also: "Veil not your vices in virtuous terms, these vices are my service..." AL2.52. Only a 'king' in thelemic terms, can manage the 'vice' compassion, having the strength and love that will crush wretchedness and weakness. Compassion is not always about being nice; it is about ending suffering. Also, the phrase gives iconography, but we'll save that for the class. Hope you come!

Bummer. This is right up my alley too! Great interview tho, thanks.
This sounds amazing. I’m a big fan of Imablichean philosophy. This will be such a great class. Any chance this can be attended virtually too?
It does indeed sound like a great class. Commuting in from Amsterdam won't work for me however.....
